Birth and Postpartum Doula Support in Ulster County
-
About Bluebird Doulas:
Bluebird Doulas is more than just another birthing agency. We offer our services throughout Ulster county and surrounding areas catering to teens and adults with every step of your pregnancy.
We work with you and your family to insure you are heard and feel as prepared and informed as can be for whatever the occasion in the form of education and physical support starting from pregnancy through postpartum. We also offer sibling support during your labor and delivery as well as postpartum as this allows the parents and newborn as much time as needed to connect and enjoy the first few moments of life and help the family adjust to the changes.
We take great pride in what we do and get no greater feeling than helping with the enormous undertaking of parenthood at its earliest stages.

History:
Established in 2020.
I stared Bluebird Doulas just before Covid 19 and immediately realized that this was going to be a very difficult time for expecting families. I myself gave birth during the pandemic and felt alone because of all the additional health safety protocols. I wanted other families to have a better experience. Having someone to turn to at any time of day who could offer support either virtually or physically outside of the immediate family would have been amazing. I am offering that now to you in many forms and at any stage.
